Tom Coxall setup Coxalls, previously known as 5 Counties Contracting Ltd, with hired John Deere tractors and Massey Ferguson balers. We then moved onto spreading digestate as a service.

We then took on full contracts for digestate, this includes haulage, spreading and sales.

Coxalls collaborated with an AD plant in Cambridgeshire to establish a joint venture (JV), named Genesis Biomass. This partnership focuses on supplying straw as feedstock for the AD plant's operations.

Coxalls placed an order for four new Fendt 900 Series tractors, including three 939's and one 942. This investment reflects our ongoing commitment to improving our business and continuously improving the services we provide to our customers.

We  took delivery of our brand-new 12-metre Horsch Terrano, further improving our ability to offer both shallow and deep tillage to our customers and increase output on our farms. This powerful machine efficiently mixes organic matter and breaks up compacted layers such as plough pans, providing added value to our customers.

In January, we met with Ryetec at LAMMA and were thoroughly impressed by the build quality and practical storage features of their workboxes. Following that, we purchased four brand-new boxes, all custom-finished in our signature colours: black, white, and blue. In addition, we purchased two detachable belly weights, which can be easily attached or removed from any of the boxes without the need for a forklift - maximising on-site efficiency.
